2. The number of coins you wager determines your wins. Our payout table can be viewed in the game window.
3. You get the chance to double if you win.
4. In Joker Poker you can win on 5 of a kind.
6. Having a Natural Royal Flush nets you a BIG payout!
How to Play
The name of the game in Joker Poker is to get the highest five-card poker hand that you can. You need to figure out which cards out of the five cards you get that you’ll hold until the next round. The game is over when new cards are dealt.
You have the choice to take a chance on doubling your winnings if you have a winning hand.
Wagering
You need to wager before the cards are dealt.
You Control How Much You Wager:
Option 1 – Pick what coin amount you want to use by using the coin selector in the bottom middle menu bar.
Option 2 - To select the number of coins you want to use to play the game, click the ‘Bet One’ button. You can also choose ‘Bet Max’ to play the 5 coin maximum, and the cards will be dealt automatically.
Beginning Play
Click ‘Deal’ to begin the game after you have chosen your coin amount.
You’ll get a total of 5 cards, face up. You can hold the cards that you choose to keep by clicking on the card – the word ‘Held’ will show across the face of the card. If you make an error, just click on the card once more to delete the ‘Held’. Hit ‘Deal’ again when you have all the cards you want to hold; you’ll get new cards to replace the ones you didn’t hold.
Note: Remember that in Joker Poker, the Joker is wild. So, assuming for a moment that you got the cards: ten, hree, Joker, Queen, ten, the Joker would count as a ten – then you would have 3 of a kind!
Double
You’ll be given the chance to double if you have a winning hand. If you choose this option, then you’ll get 5 cards from a newly shuffled deck of 53 cards. You’ll get the first card face up and then you have to choose one of the other 4 cards.
You win and double your money when your chosen card is higher than the first. If the card is the same value, then that’s a ‘push’ (tie) and you get your winnings from the last round back. Of course, if you have a lower card, then you lose.
You can double a maximum of 4 times in a row.
