The last time I went to play in the Littlewoods online casino, it needed some serious help. So I went back again, to find out if they made any desperately needed changes. I'm pleased to report that I was pleasantly surprised!

When I went to download the games, installation was quick and easy and came with clear instructions. I had no problems installing the games on my Windows PC. I did find out that not all the games are included in the initial download, but new games can be conveniently downloaded and installed while running in the background. I also liked the fact that I was able to take the Roulette game for a free trial spin in the 'for fun' version – this is a great way to help new players get used to all the games. The games were rich and lifelike, and I had lots of options available to customise my experience to the capabilities of my PC, and to my preferences. All in all, the games were a pleasure to play. Littlewoods also has my favourite feature available – multi-player gaming! If you've ever used this nifty little feature, you know that this makes your experience so much more life-like, just like a land-based casino. I was a bit disappointed to find that the online chat option (where you can talk to other players) was only available when playing for real money – but hey, are you paying to play or do you want to just talk for free? It’s a casino, not an online chatroom!
Littlewoods has some very competitive bonuses such as their welcome bonus (I got £20 free!). They also have large progressive jackpots to attract new players – I saw one worth a cool £1 million. Littlewoods offers good customer support with fast and accurate responses – I had to use the freephone option for a question on a game of Slots.
To sum it all up, Littlewoods Online Casino gets a big thumbs up from me! I was impressed with the quality of their games, large jackpots, customer support and multi-player gaming.
