Once we had finally tracked it down, we also found the published support for new users a bit thin on the ground too. Getting to play a mobile casino isn’t rocket science we know, but a little more detail of the ‘how?’, ’who?’, ‘what?’, ‘why?’ and ‘where?’ wouldn’t have gone amiss – the ‘Supported Phones and Networks’ section showed no details of supported networks and a list of phones that was decidedly old hat and missing popular makes like Samsung and Motorola completely.

On the issue of support, although the published user guides for William Hill Mobile Casino is, at best, sketchy at present there is always Will Hill’s excellent e-mail and freephone customer support options to answer queries and offer some hand-holding for first-time forays into this mobile extension of its products. That said, we sincerely hope to see better signposted and more comprehensive website guides in due course.
In summary, the William Hill Mobile Casino experience is a mixed bag.
